Easter, anniversary of the Resurrection of Christ, observed on the first Sunday after a full moon on or after 21 March. People celebrate the holiday according to their beliefs and their religious denominations （命名）. Christians commemorate Good Friday as the day that Jesus Christ died and Easter Sunday as the day that He was resurrected （復活）. Protestant settlers brought the custom of a sunrise service, a religious gathering at dawn, to the United States. On Easter Sunday children wake up to find that the Easter Bunny has left them baskets of candy. He has also hidden the eggs that they decorated earlier that week. Children hunt for the eggs all around the house. Neighborhoods and organizations hold Easter egg hunts, and the child who finds the most eggs wins a prize. The Easter Bunny is a rabbit-spirit. Long ago, he was called the Easter Hare. Hares and rabbits have frequent multiple births so they became a symbol of fertility. The custom of an Easter egg hunt began because children believed that hares laid eggs in the grass. The Romans believed that All life comes from an egg. Christians consider eggs to be the seed of life and so they are symbolic of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Start with my dad! My father made the first meal in our family, but he often got home and sat down on the sofa to read the newspaper, so he had to make my mother cook. But my father washes the dishes clean and fast.
Talk about my mother! She can work but can clean our house for a day. When I was in school, my mother always got up at five o 'clock, and when she called me up, the spicy rice was ready. She often helps me review (my lessons). I love her very much.

先說說我的爸爸吧!我爸爸做的飯在我們家要數第一，可是他經常一回到家就坐在沙發上看報紙，所以只好讓我媽媽做飯了。直到我媽媽說該吃飯了，他才坐在桌子前大口大口的吃飯。吃完飯又去看報紙了。有的時候我問他一個問題，他只會點一下頭。不過我爸爸洗碗洗得既干凈又快。
再說一說我的媽媽吧!她干活可是能手，一天的工夫就能把我們家打掃得一干二凈。我上學的時候，我媽媽經常五點多就起床，把我叫起來的時候，香噴噴的飯已經做好了。她還經常幫我復習(功課)，我很愛她。
最后再說說我吧!我不(想)看書(的`時候)說什么也不看，拿起書就放不下。有時候我一看書看到(晚上)十點，直到眼睛睜不開了才睡覺。

為此，李老師為了激力其他的同學，在班上宣布：只要誰趕上或超過了我，就翻倍獎勵小盾牌。可是，李老師卻在背地里三翻五次的告誡我說："你一定要更加努力，不要停步不前，這樣他們會很容易趕上你的。"
聽了李老師的話后，我也就更加發奮了。因此，到現在為止，我一直保持著第一的這個位子。
