　　在臺灣，甚至有人因為每天用智能型手機玩游戲長達六小時，而食指失去功能。太常使用智能型手機的人也抱怨頭痛、壓力加大，并且有失眠等癥狀。所以我們或許要學習減少依賴智能型手機，偶爾將它們放下。
