同學們在家應該都看到過父母燒菜做飯吧，但今天我要帶你們去一個別樣的廚房，看，這個廚房燒菜做飯用的不是我們平時看到的煤氣而是自己做的大灶，上面放著一口很大很大的鍋，下面是用柴火作為燃料的，聽奶奶說這叫大灶，以前城市農村做飯都用它，現在城市生活條件好了已經不用了，農村還保留著，不過也只是偶爾用一下，在我的要求下，今年的年夜飯就是這口大灶里燒出來的，我與弟弟自告奮勇的承擔起燒柴火的活，先用松毛把小的'柴引著，然后根據燒菜的火候添加或是減少柴的數量。這可是燒菜的關鍵，柴太多菜就容易燒焦，反之就不容易熟。用大灶燒飯可真是一門學問啊，在奶奶手把手的指點下，我與弟弟勉勉強強才把這任務完成了。
